Say who it's for, add a line at the top if you like — when to sign by, what the occasion is, whether it's a surprise. Ten seconds, no account.

Share the link — carefully

You get two links: a share link for everyone who's signing, and an organiser link that can remove messages or delete the card. Bookmark the organiser one — there are no accounts, so the link is the only key. Anyone with the share link types a name and a message, done. Two Sams? Both fine — nobody's forced to become Sam H.

Hand it over

When the card's full, send the recipient the same share link so they can read the lot — or print it. The print view is just the messages, no buttons, ready for an actual envelope if you're feeling traditional.

FAQ

Can a message be removed?

Yes, from either end. Signers can take their own message back off (same browser they signed from), and the organiser link can remove any message — handy when someone's "joke" doesn't survive contact with daylight.

How do we give it to them?

Share the link with the recipient once everyone's signed, or print the page — the print view is just the card. Either way it stays up afterwards, unless the organiser deletes it.

A group greeting card, signed from a link

This is an online group greeting card — the kind everyone in an office or a class signs before it gets handed over. Farewells and birthdays mostly, but also get-well, congratulations, thank-yous, and the card for the teacher at the end of the year.

The difference from a paper card is that nobody has to be in the building. The difference from most online ones is that there is no account, nothing to pay for, and no cap on how many people sign.

One rule: don't let them see it early

The share link is the card, so the classic blunder is posting it in a group chat the recipient is in. Make a side chat without them — every workplace farewell already runs on one — and drop the link there. The organiser page repeats this warning, because someone ignores it every week and we'd rather it wasn't you.
