Set the lists

The "who's bringing what" lists work like a potluck board: one line each, with how many people you need — Decorations x2 means two spots for decorations. Use them for things to bring (drinks, cake, nibbles) or jobs to sort (transport, games, playlist). When a list is full, it's full.

Lay out the plan

Pop the agenda in, one line per item — lunch, the cocktail class, dinner. It shows up as a numbered plan on the shared page. It's display-only: a running order everyone can glance at, not another thing to sign up for.

Share the link

You get two links: a share link for the group chat, and an organiser link that can remove claims or delete the board. Bookmark the organiser one — there are no accounts, so the link is the only key. Guests tap an open spot, add their name and what they've got, done. No accounts, no chasing.

Does it work for bridal and baby showers too?

Yes — it's the same job. Rename the lists to suit: gifts, food, games, decorations. A bridal shower planning checklist or a baby shower run-sheet fits exactly the same shape.

Is the venue address public?

No — the shared page is unlisted and blocked from search engines, so only people you send the link to see the address and the kitty note. Don't post the link somewhere public if the day is a surprise.

Does it handle the money?

No, deliberately. The kitty note explains how costs are split in plain words; collecting the actual money stays between you and the group.
